Ugly Betty’s Vanessa Williams will be hosting the 36th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards from the Orpheum Theatre in Hollywood this Sunday.
I normally skip the Daytime Emmys, but I’m not going to miss this one.
Vanessa is going to dance with Dancing With The Stars runner up Gilles Marini.  Also, in addition to introducing guests who will hand out 17 awards, she will open the telecast with a parody number.  Vanessa has become quite the comedienne.

I lovelovelove this dress!  Perfect length, perfect cut, and I’ve always loved gradients in dresses.  As usual, Williams looks absolutely beautiful.

I’ll admit, this dress is quite bold for Ugly Betty star Ferrera. I love the colors, but I’m sure many would say that the dress is just too darned busy. I think it’s flashy and glamourous at the same time.

Since I last told you about Vanessa Williams’ involvement in the Hannah Montana movie, we’ve learned a few more things. I know this because I live in Nashville, where the film is shooting, and you can’t turn around without seeing a news story about the film.
