You knew with Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell as parents, their twin baby girls would have a keen sense of humor. 
It appears that is the case.
Romijn, who played Alexis on Ugly Betty, tells People Magazine, “They’re really developing their own, very specific personas. They’re starting to think that things are hilarious, like they’re noticing the dogs as being anything other than furniture. The dogs were play-fighting the other day and they thought that was hysterical.”
Keep in mind, the two (Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip), are five months old.

Well, I wonder if we’ll be seeing Rebecca Romijn on Ugly Betty anytime soon?  According to Variety, Romijn has signed on to headline the ABC pilot “Eastwick”. Also starring are Lindsay Price, Veronica Cartwright and Jaime Ray Newman.
Yes, as you might have guessed, the series is based on the John Updike book, “The Witches of Eastwick”, along with the 1987 movie of the same name.
“Eastwick” revolves around three women who discover they have mystical powers when a mysterious man comes to town.  Jack Nicholson was marvelous in this role in the film.

There has been a lot of talk the last few days of ABC being on some kind of anti-gay crusade with moves at its shows and that Ugly Betty is part of it. I don’t know enough about the former, but I can tell you that the latter is ridiculous in the extreme.

Ugly Betty creator and executive producer Silvio Horta recently spoke at length about the show. He touched on what was right (and wrong) with season 2, what’s coming in season 3, Lindsay Lohan, the move to NYC, and much much more.

As posted on ABC.com, here is the “making of” video for the Ugly Betty season 2 promo aired last night. It is based on the Mika song “Big Girl (You Are Beautiful)” – which I had never heard before, but now I love it. He re-recorded the lyrics to be about Betty, and they are very well written, I must say.
The actual promo can be watched here. It makes me quite psyched for season 2!
