By now, I’m sure you’ve seen the photos of Ugly Betty executive producer Salma Hayek smoking with her baby nearby while after-Christmas shopping. Needless to say, they’ve caused quite an uproar.

Here are some more photos of Ugly Betty executive producer Salma Hayek at the Women in Film Crystal +Lucy award.  As we’ve reported, Salma was honored with the Lucy award, celebrating her achievements with Ugly Betty and elsewhere.
 
The still relatively new mom said, “I’m 41 now. And I have to say, it is the best time in my life.”
She gave birth to daughter Valentina Paloma last September, with billionaire fiancé Francois-Henri Pinault.  She revealed that the years had been a learning experience.
