Ugly Betty Episodes 4.07 and 4.08 Schedule, Info

There has been a little confusion about the upcoming schedule for Ugly Betty, mostly caused by the previously announced preemption for Shrek the Third on November 20th. Here is the latest ABC official press release about the next Ugly Betty episode (that I can find), which was from November 9.
"Level (7) with Me" — Daniel lets the leaders from the Community of the Phoenix call the shots at Mode, and Bennett’s promises to reunite Daniel with his dead wife prompt Betty to action. She schemes with Claire on breaking through to him with an ingenious plan and finds unlikely allies in Matt and Amanda. Meanwhile, Wilhelmina has let herself go, wearing sweats and garden clogs in public, prompting a tabloid feeding frenzy and spurring Marc to dig deeper into Nico’s mystery, on "Ugly Betty," FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 27 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Ugly Betty" stars America Ferrera as Betty Suarez, Eric Mabius as Daniel Meade, Tony Plana as Ignacio, Ana Ortiz as Hilda, Judith Light as Claire Meade, Becki Newton as Amanda, Michael Urie as Marc, Mark Indelicato as Justin, Daniel Eric Gold as Matt Hartley and Vanessa Williams as Wilhelmina Slater.
Guest starring in "Level (7) with Me" are Jamie-Lynn Sigler as Natalie, Dylan Baker as Bennett Wallis, Alec Mapa as Suzuki St. Pierre, Sarah LaFleur as Molly, Yaya DaCosta as Nico Slater and Piter Marek as Oskar Castelar.
The episode was written by Chris Black and directed by John Fortenberry.
I have seen nothing that says that this episode will not air November 27. (As an aside, isn’t it weird that they still call Piter Marek’s character Castelar?)

“The Bahamas Triangle” — In the steamy Bahamas, the love triangle between Betty, Matt and Amanda explodes, and romantic pairings abound. Things should be dreamy at the Atlantis resort, where even Shakira (portraying herself) is staying, but Betty has a nightmarish photo shoot after Willie learns her nemesis, Penelope Graybridge (Christie Brinkley), snagged a coveted job, and, even more importantly, discovers Connor is very much alive. Marc frets that there is no one on the island for him, but then meets the uber-hot Troy (portrayed by Matt Newton, Becki Newton’s brother), and back home, Hilda draws closer to her old love, Bobby, on “Ugly Betty,” FRIDAY, DECEMBER 4 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

I’ll be posting more about this one as it approaches – BettyMattanda, Connor being alive, the introduction of Troy, and a possible Hilda-Bobby pairing are all pretty juicy on their own.
But I wanted to make sure everyone knew the current schedule as it stands:
11/27 – Level (7) with Me
12/4 – The Bahamas Triangle
Beyond that, I won’t speculate, till ABC decides what it’s going to do with its mid-season lineup (especially Wednesdays). And, of course, if there is any change, I’ll pass it along as soon as I know it!

You found the press release. The next 2 episodes look so good. I hope Ugly Betty MOVES to Wednesday. The Friday move is killing UB just as it’s getting critical acclaim again.
Cool! So obviously Conner isnt dead hhaha. Sounds like a great episde…both of them. Im suprised to see that such a big episode like the Bahamas one isnt being written by Silvio…Silvio didnt write the preimere either.hmm
I think that they were only referring to Piter Marek’s character as Oskar Castelar in the press release because it originally appeared on the Internet before his true identity, Jonathan Vieja, was revealed.
As for Connor not being dead, I already figured that was the case, so seeing Grant Bowler’s name in the press release doesn’t really spoil anything for me.
So if Hilda stays behind in Queens, I wonder what those pictures of Ana Ortiz and Mark Indelicato frolicking with dolphins were all about. Maybe other cast members were invited along for the trip, even if their characters weren’t involved in the Bahamas story line.
OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!! I was just on abcmedianet and i saw some pictures, i wish they were higher quailty but hey something is better than nothing!!!! I KNEW connor wasnt dead, but i dont want him …nvmd its a spoiler but still the bahamas eppy sounds promising i really cant wait and i wish it was following normal schedule so i could watch it eariler but hey WHATEVER something is better than nothing
Thanks for the clarification.. I also didn’t see anything from ABC about any other scheduling changes, but was more sure this morning when they posted the synopsis for the next episode with the airdate 12/4/09. I would guess if they made any changes again for the 27th, i’m sure they would have announced it by now..pissing off UB fans AGAIN!!!

I had a tweet a few days ago saying Betty is on hiatus for the next three weeks – from @UglyBettyTV. I’m not certain that is an official ABC source.
Thank for the information. I will put my calender for Ugly Betty return on Friday. I hate Triangle Betty/Matt/Amanda love on 4.08 episode. Wait a minture I thought Connor died,but not and probably trick us about Connor not died.

Any pics for 4.08?
I just saw pictures of Adam Rodriguez filming scenes in the Bahamas for “Ugly Betty”, plus we had previously seen those shots of Mark Indelicato and Ana Ortiz in the water, so I wonder why they have worded the press release this way, “back home, Hilda draws closer to her old love, Bobby,” when it appears that they all go along for the trip. Maybe they spend more than one episode in the Bahamas, so Hilda, Justin, and Bobby may still be in Queens in episode 4-08, but will fly down for 4-09…?
