More on Tonight’s Ugly Betty Episode: 4.03 Blue On Blue

Here is a little more in-depth preview of Ugly Betty episode 4.03, Blue On Blue, airing tonight on ABC at 9/8c. (Hat tip – BuddyTV). All of this info has been floating around piecemeal, but BTV is the first place I’ve seen it all summarized in one place.
Betty is going to try to get a scoop in her new job as features editor at Mode:
She goes all out in her pursuit of Gucci’s fresh designer, Evan York (Hamish Linklater) but she needs help. Enter Hilda, and her well-connected customer Sammy (Adam Ferrara).
Marc, of course, is still angry with Betty and tries to sabotage her. He gets the help of Amanda (as usual), AND Matt (this is why we’ve seen the two of them together – I really don’t think Amanda and Matt are really going to become a couple).
Things come to a head in the restaurant where Ignacio works. Apparently, there’s going to be a showdown between Betty and Matt/Amanda. I would imagine Betty is going to temporarily lose her mind. 
It’s going to get so bad, Ignacio COULD lose his job over the scene that gets made.
Daniel decides to take control of his own life again. He starts to go to meetings of a bereavement group, where he meets Natalie (Jamie-Lynn Sigler), described as “sexy and wild”. She ends up taking him on a wild night on the town, which “Daniel will never forget”.
(This may be one of those scenes where things are spiraling out of Daniel’s control, and he’s embarrassed – Eric Mabius is hilarious in these type scenes, like in his dream about Betty seducing him).
This will also be the episode where Wilhelmina learns that Connor is in Bermuda. That should make for an interesting eyebrow raise.
I can’t wait to watch this episode tonight!

I just hope that they don’t keep Daniel in the cult too long. I’m guessing that the group that Natalie brings Daniel to, the one headed up by Dylan Baker’s character Bennett, will be some kind of cult. It could make for some interesting stories, but I don’t want him to be involved in it for long.
Wish there had been more Detty scenes.Was quite boring in comparison to last week.Also neal bledsoe is joining Ugly Betty cast as Claire’s son that she gave away.Will make his appearances in December and onwards.
I agree…I don’t think the storyline w/Daniel being in the cult is going to last long as from what I read Jamie Lynn Sigler (Natalie) was only going to be on for about 5 episodes & I think the secret she is harboring against Betty will be revealed & they will butt heads. i’m guessing Betty will find out about the cult & Daniel’s involvement & will get involved by trying to get Daniel out.I read in an upcoming episode that Daniel will try to recruit Amands.
There’s so much sexual tension between Matt & Bettty! I love it!!! I wish they would just kiss passionately and make up. But I see Amanda has her eyes on him now that she realizes he’s a good guy and heart broken (and rich)!!

After watching last night’s episode… am i wrong… but is Amanda going to go after Matt and thats why she looked at the ‘dessert’ and told Betty that she has go to move on….???
Apparently, they have cast Cal and Claire’s love child. Neal Bledsoe, who recently appeared on “Gossip Girl”, will be appearing in December.
what are amands? or did you mean recruit amanda, and as what?
im aslo dont want daniel to be in the cult for long, and want natalie toleave after a couple episodes too.
do you know where you read her only being on for 5 episodes? that would make my day. i’m hoping this natalie/daniel/betty think will jumpstart the detty relationship
I actually like Amanda/Matt together. They seem to work somehow, and having them in a relationship could be interesting. (Amanda should really have a guy of her own who treats her well) I don’t want Betty and Matt to get back together anyway. Detty ftw!
