Ugly Betty – Her Clothes Match!

Just Jared has some pics of America Ferrera checking her cell phone during a break in filming Ugly Betty. Is this the new Betty?
As you can see, she is gorgeous, as exemplified by this one. One of the photos is zoomed out a little, and you can see most of Betty’s coordinated outfit. Yes, her clothes are no longer a fashionable but clashy mish-mash.
She is striking, and almost indistinguishable from the glamorous Ferrera who graced the cover of Seventeen Magazine (shown above).
But, is this really Betty, or just America being her usual beautiful self? This pic is zoomed in a little more, and you can clearly see the “B” necklace.
Now, I don’t believe for one second that what we see in these pics is what Betty is going to look like, at least early in the season. My guess is that this is “Ameri-Betty” (as Ferrera calls the state when she’s only partially in costume). You can’t tell from these photos if the braces are gone (even if they weren’t in these pics, that doesn’t mean that they wouldn’t come back on right before filming.
The same goes for the eyebrows (Ameri-Betty’s are perfectly shaped here).
Also, the hair is all America. My guess is that we’ll see Betty’s hair, eyebrows and glasses on top of this chic look.
Oh, my favorite photo is this one, after America discovers the photographer and gives him “the stare”.

ok so if this happens to be the new Betty, I really like her. BUT I seriously hope they still keep her glasses… =( I really think that Betty’s glasses make her… well, Betty. If you know what I mean.
Sorry Tom but I think you’re wrong in a couple of things. I really think that the hair is Betty’s new do (new and smoother wig, that is). Also, the eyebrows where another topic in the panels so I think that this is how Betty’s bangs and eyebrows will look like. In my opinion, the only Betty elements left out of this pictures are the braces and the glasses.
I like the new look but I hope the glasses and The B necklace continue to be part of it. The braces have to go; but it shouldn’t happen as soon as season #4 begins. It should happen a couple of episodes into the season.
This is definitely Betty’s new hair.
So far, I’m liking the idea of Betty improving her look.
As long as she keeps her glasses I am happy to see Betty changing.
I think that America is gorgeous. And I love Betty too. However, there is something about keeping Betty similar to how she was when they started the show. I mean the whole thing is saying how we shouldn’t base our thoughts on people’s looks. Now, I just feel like Betty is sinking into the same fake scene. I don’t know…the show seems to be making major changes from how they started. It is really strange to go back and watch season 1 again compared to season 3. They are VERY different…
