Ugly Betty Finale Sneak Peek #1

ABC has released a couple of sneak peeks for this week’s 2-hour season finale of Ugly Betty. (When was the last time they officially did that?) This one is the first. Needless to say, if you wish to remain spoiler-free, I wouldn’t play the video. Oh, and be prepared for seeing something quite unexpected.

In short, Matt (at Mode) reveals his first painting to Betty, and it’s…Betty. She’s reclining, and let’s just say, casual. As Matt says, “draped”. Interestingly, she has her glasses on and a a full smile revealing her braces, so the juxtaposition is interesting.
Matt, again, seems a little overly needy in this clip, even though he’s being highly romantic. He makes a proposal to Betty, though not quite the one she seems to be expecting.
Amanda, of course, interrupts, and provides the comedy. I won’t spoil it for you – watch the video! (OK, she says the painting looks like “the butt of Satan” and runs away screaming).

Oh, Amanda, how I enjoy your character. That painting of Betty was, uh, jarring. And Matt – please, please go away. I find you so annoying I may not be able to continue to watch the show if you are a major part of it. I’m actually looking forward to these episodes.

The picture look allright for Betty that Matt first paint for her.I love Amanda’s face,scream and run away make me laugh.Cant wait for Thursday-2 days.
I thought the scene with Amanda was hillarious. It would be something Amanda would say & make fun of Betty. I’m guessing Matt’s proposal about Betty moving in with him is before she runs into Henry. Will she give him an answer before then?? I guess we will have to wait and see!!
Hmm…. I wonder if this is before or after her run-in with Henry? Because if it’s after, then I understand her hesitant-ness. If it’s before, it appears she doesn’t love Matt as much as the show makes it seem like she does! I don’t like Matt anymore. He’s just too pushy and odd and annoying and… I doubt he’ll leave the show soon
