Ugly Betty Episode 3.18 Title, Synopsis

Here is the info for what I think will be the last Ugly Betty episode before the hiatus. Episode 3.18 will air March 12 (or will there be one more?). The title is “A Mother of a Problem”. Here is the plot:
Betty meets Matt’s mother (guest star Christine Baranski) but things don’t go as she expects. Meanwhile, Wilhelmina gets creative to solve a cash flow problem, Daniel deals with the latest wrinkle in his relationship with Molly, and the Suarez family conspire to set Hilda up with Archie (guest star Ralph Macchio), the promising city councilman from Queens.
Not only is Ralph Macchio returning as Archie, the Suarez family is setting his character up with Hilda! Many of us will get our wish, it appears.
It also appears that by the time this episode airs, whatever is going on with Molly will be out in the open; Daniel will know about it. My guess? I don’t think she’s pregnant. I think she’s got a grave illness.
Wilhelmina “gets creative” to solve a cash flow problem. Hmmmm. Should I read a lot into the fact that Connor isn’t mentioned here? He’s the CFO. I guess he’s going to turn evil, and he might have already departed by this episode.
I can’t wait to see what they do with Matt’s mom. She either won’t like Betty, or she’s extremely dysfunctional in some way. Christine Baranski will be wonderful no matter which direction they take.

It looks like some big stuff is going to happen at Mode in the next few weeks!

I think there will be one more episode. The new ABC lineup starts March 26 and when Ugly Betty returns they will have 5 episodes left NOT 6.
I can’t wait to see Ralph/Archie again and I really like Daniel/Matt.
Yes. I think the last episode before hiatus is #319 on 3/19. Can’t wait to see Archie with Hilda. So glad they’re bringing Ralph back into the show. He’s so good. Hope it grows for a while. Excited!
I got the impression from next week’s preview that Connor is stealing money from the company and he’s siphoning it into an account that’s in Betty’s name. At least that’s what it looked like was going on.
Yes, I think Connor will also be the one behind this finance issue. I guess a lot of people saw it coming (especially after that ‘look’ he gave Daniel when he said everything was supposedly okay between them in regards to Molly), but honestly – I wish Connor didn’t have to become an evil character. I really liked him!
It looks like Connor will not be in the March 12 episode, so I think that next week’s, the March 5 episode, might be the last one in which we see our beloved Aussie.
