Ugly Betty Episode 3.06 Sneak Peek
ABC has release sneak peeks of this week’s episode of Ugly Betty (3.06 -Ugly Berry).
Betty finds herself competing with Kimmie (guest star Lindsay Lohan) who finally shows her true colors, and new citizen Ignacio prepares to vote for the first time. Meanwhile Hilda takes advantage of the increased election traffic to promote her shop, and Wilhelmina wants to hire a new financial officer (guest star Grant Bowler) whom Daniel can’t stand.
This video concerns Hilda’s story line. Ralph Macchio plays a new customer, and things between them start well, but go downhill. Upon finding out that Hilda doesn’t have a business license, the man informs her he’s a city councilman and advises her to get one. Hilda gets angry and kicks him out.
(Irony - Ana Ortiz’s father is a former Philadelphia city councilman)
Ralph Macchio just seems so…different. But don’t we all! He STILL looks younger than he is (in this video he appears to be in his early 30’s, I’d say). Some guys have all the luck.
My guess about his character? He’s not going to be a love interest, at least at first. The two seem to have a nice “reverse chemistry”. I’d like to see them be adversaries for a while.

Yup. I did notice they have nice chemistry. Not sure if Hilda should get into a relationship so quickly again, but I’d like him to stick around. He’s funny.

I like him! I get this instant attraction with him like I did with Gio. His character seems like a very nice guy and very opposite of Hilda’s personality nor does he seem like Hilda’s type. But there is definitely chemistry there. I’m sure we’ll see more sparks between them this season :)

I really loved Macchio’s intro on the show! Their chemistry was very apparent… I hope there’s more and this plays out well for unlucky-in-love, Hilda… she deserves a nice guy after all she’s been through. I rooted for him in 1984 and I’m rooting even more for him and Hilda now!! Loved it!!

Just watched on abc.com. Yes. Eager to see what happens with Hilda and Archie and the business permit. I think they’ll be fun together. I’m liking the sparks! So good to see Ralph on the screen! A great addition to S3! Bring more of it on!
