Ugly Betty Episode 3.01 Promo Pics Part 2

ABC has released a bunch of promo pics for Ugly Betty, season 3 episodes 3.01-3.03 . In this post, we’ll concentrate on episode 3.01, “The Manhattan Project”.

As a reminder, here’s the synopsis:

Betty makes a moving decision about what to do with her life. Meanwhile, Ignacio gets a new job at a fast food joint, and Wilhelmina’s manipulations force Daniel to make some changes of his own.

We’ve got a couple of photos related to this episode. The first is obviously America Ferrera in her, or more accurately, Betty’s soon-to-be infamous motorcycle scene.

There’s just something about America Ferrera in that pink floral dress on a Harley. Hmmmmm….

Just from my own experience, it seems unusual for ABC to release a promo pic of one of its actors, not quite in character. However, Ugly Betty is an unusual show. Plus, the whole world seemed to have location shots from Ugly Betty in New York City, why shouldn’t ABC get in on the act?

The second photo is more traditional, and far more telling. I’ve got it after the jump.

This one is pretty easy to analyze. This is one of the scenes where Betty has it out with Kimmie (Lindsay Lohan). If I had to guess, I’d say this was right before the food fight we’ve previously seen. The look on Hilda’s face is priceless.

I’ll post more photos as they become available – I wanted to make sure to get any new ones to you as quickly as possible. Be looking out for the other episodes (especially 3.03!)
