Ausiello Discovers That Ferrera and Lively Are Still BFFs

Leave it to Michael Ausiello to get to the bottom of things. (Sorry, I couldn’t help myself).

As reported here, and just about everywhere else on the planet, America Ferrera and Blake Lively recently did a satellite interview with a local station in Los Angeles while promoting Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, and it seemed as if the Ugly Betty star Ferrera was visibly showing contempt for Gossip Girl while Lively was answering a GG question. Some say she rolled her eyes. Maybe.

Anyway, our favorite spoilerman just came right out and asked Lively if she had seen it.  Click the link to see the video. Lively gave a very diplomatic answer (although I have a hard time believing she hadn’t even heard about it- doesn’t she Google herself every morning like every other self-respecting celebrity?).  And Blake also told what she and Ferrera were doing during the THREE HOURS of interviews they sat through that day.

Apparently, there was  a post-it with a smiley face that the pair stared at as they conducted interview after interview.  Wilson!  To be honest, I would have been making faces, too, after hearing the ga-jillionth question about Gossip Girl.

Lively says that she is still best friends with Ferrera.  Good for her!
