Who knows – maybe Betty isn’t the one who gets her hands on “The Book”. What if Daniel is the one who steals it this time around? Or maybe no one steals it, and Betty and Daniel are both back at Mode. – Shrugs -

BTW, I agree with Bennu and angie – Betty would not abandon Daniel for Willy. She’s loyal to him. They’re definitely a team, and honestly, I can’t see Betty wanting to work for the “enemy”.

Exactly B. S1 it was at Gina’s place. S2 it was at Willie’s. God know where Betty has to break in this time to get The Book, but I really think it’s another quest.
I also think the Player plot is gonna be a one-episode kind of plot. Like all the other time Betty left Mode (when she resigned in the pilot, went to MYW, got fired by Daniel)

It looks like they are doing a photo shoot for a lingerie ad – Betty is carrying a folder with the word “buxom” imprinted on it. Perhaps there was some comment along the lines of the bras designed for some buxom lasses could fit on Betty’s head.
Or maybe the ever-classy Daniel was able to convince one of the models to toss aside her work for the day, and it lands on Betty’s head?

Yeah, I seriously doubt Betty would stay at Mode without Daniel. They’re a team.

Someone over at B&B suggested that maybe Daniel and Betty stole the book and/or are somehow sabotaging Mode. Not sure whether or not that would be the case, but interesting to consider nonetheless.

No…to me, it doesn’t make sense that Betty would go looking for “the book” again – at least, not in the same way that she did in Season 1. Maybe there’s another reason that both Betty and Daniel have it. (In other pictures that I’ve seen, Daniel is holding it at other times, too.)

And I doubt Betty is working with Willy. After everything that’s happened, that would be a betrayal to Daniel. And besides, Willy already has Marc for an assistant.

Never thought about it: The Quest for the Book in Second episode… Tomatish. Another “tradition”, maybe?

So, could it be that and Betty still works at Mode with Willy and Daniel is on Player magazine (and he is showing his carefree smiley face to his ex-assistant)? interesting…

I don’t really believe that Betty and Daniel are back at Mode yet. I’m thinking he’s still working with Player magazine, considering his casual clothing on set.

Isn’t that THE BOOK? Usually, in the second episode of the season, Betty goes on a quest for THE BOOK. Wonder if this has something to do with that?
