My Favorite Pics From The Ugly Betty Filming So Far

There have just been tons of pics come out from the Ugly Betty location sets (thank goodness they are in New York!).  There are so many, I’ve actually had a hard time going through them. 

I think I mischaracterized a couple of the photos as having Becki Newton in curlers in them, when, upon further examination, I’m pretty sure it’s the motorcycle lady we’ve seen in the other pics.  You can NEVER trust the captions on wire circulated photos.  For instance, many captions say that the motorcycle woman (I’ve been calling her Batgirl) is Ashley Jensen.  Hello?  This girl is a size negative two!  As attractive as Jensen is, she’s built like a real woman.

Anyway, I wanted to highlight my two favorite photos that have come out.  First is Michael Urie and Becki Newton:

Wow.  They have to be the most pleasing to the eye couple out there.  They need their own couple name.  Beck-ael?  A-Marc-da?  I don’t know, you people are far more creative than I am.  And, Becki looks absolutely fabulous in that dress.

OMG!  Is Betty going to do something crazy on that motorcycle?  I love her boots.  I’m happy that it appears that Silvio Horta has not abandoned the over-the-top scenes in the show.  Ugly Betty “Jumps the shark” every week, and that’s a part of its charm.  I am absolutely dying to see what the story line behind this scene is.  We know at least one part of it:

Now, you can’t see it here, but that’s Daniel Jr shooting Betty with silly string.  What we don’t know yet is if this is some warm-hearted playfulness between them, or if Daniel Jr has become an annoying little pest to Betty (I think this is most likely).

All we can do is keep an eye out, and maybe we’ll discover more.  But, I love the photos.  Woot!
