Ugly Betty Episode 2.18 Promo Photos (Including LiLo)

ABC isn’t playing around; they’ve released a HUGE batch of episode photos for Ugly Betty episode 2.18 (Jump), which is the season finale. For those of us who follow the show closely, there are some major spoilers included (you have to read between the lines, but they are there).
Here are the highlights. As usual, be aware that these photos are very high rez.
- (First,the softball) Strikeout!
- Naomi Campbell is simply yummy.
- Gio gets a kiss (and not from Betty).
- Big haired Amanda interviewing Suzuki St Pierre.
- Amanda gives a cheer (?) while Marc looks on.
- Those SHOES!
- Gio gets ready for the next at bat.
- Wilhelmina probably throws a NASTY curveball. She’s going to be Mode’s pitcher.
- Uh-oh. I wonder if this is going to lead to a dream sequence?
- A shot of the Meades. Rebecca Romijn in baseball pants. Is this heaven?
- Henry in the outfield.
- The only sad thing about Marc being a cheerleader is that we don’t get to see him swing the bat.
Now, the non-softball shots:
- Benry fans, this is what you’ve been waiting for!

- What the heck to Hilda and Ignatio look so shocked at?
- The Suarezes do not look happy.

- OMG, it’s a musical number. How much you want to bet it’s from High School Musical?

This is going to be one incredible episode!
If Betty marries Henry, they’ll be miserable for the rest of their lives and be subjected to Charlie’s whims and machinations forever. Yeah, that’s a fun show. Chenry needs to beat it back to Tucson and stay there imo.
I don’t think the proposal bodes particularly well for Betty/Henry (especially looking at the expressions on everybody’s faces in those photos), but it will be interesting to see how it plays out…
And, wait, how is that last shot a musical number? I think they’re playing dodgeball or something.
Ha, Tom, I didn’t notice those shoes when I was looking at photos the other day–funny.
I respectfully disagree that Betty and Henry would be miserable for the rest of their lives if they were together. They truly love each other and would be willing to work through obstacles.
That said, there is definitely going to be some huge H/B angst in the finale, that’s for sure. I don’t expect them to be engaged or dating early next season. My guess is they are going to take a step back and both be single for awhile.
I not sure for Betty not ready say yes and want marry Henry,but if Betty still feeling for Gio.I cant wait see Lindsay Lohan this episode again
That proposal does not seem to bode well for Betty/Henry. The look on Betty’s face says it all. Not to mention Ignacio and Hilda’s reaction, not that I can say I blame them. This proposal is on the top of the list of foolish things that Henry’s done (not sending Charlie back to Tucson when she came to NY being the number one spot on that list).
But I do really look forward to this episode, especially that baseball game!
I think the look of satisfaction after getting kissed by NC is more in relation to making Betty jealous. In one picture Betty looks annoyed/jealous. I think that’s the reason. Then, we see that picture of Betty touching Henry’s cheek. Well, in another picture, Gio looks envious or jealous and I think this is the reason.
So they’re making one another jealous. Is there an official name for this type of game they are playing? Just shows their real feelings for one another. You don’t make a guy jealous like that if you’re not attracted to him and vice versa.
Could the Lindsay Lohan scene be some memories that came back to Betty when she was knocked down?
I saw the pictures you mention Bella. Seems like that school dance did wonders !

I think the school dance is just the beginning of things to come. It will do more than wonders, believe you me. Well I’m still extremely excited about a certain park scene where Gio is leaning over Betty.
It would make a fabulous first kiss. I would like to see it go in the records for hot first kiss scenes.
Though, I must say that when Henry proposes, Betty does not look pleased. I think we can thank Gio and his romantic offer for that.
I also sense an airport scene!
I don’t know about an airport scene. Honestly, I suspect we won’t know for sure which suitor Betty picks at the end of the finale.
Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if she turned them *both* down for the time being and decided to be single for a while. God knows the girl could use a little time on her own to think things through.

i think i saw that the actress who plays Gio’s sister Antonella will appear in JUMP. i wonder if the incredibly romantic offer involves sending Betty to Italy with ‘Nella to get away from all her troubles?
