It didn't show up as much when she was dating him, since she was the one in power. I think she has always been a bit out of touch with reality, and she went off the deep end when Henry broke up with her after "Secretaries' Day." So in that sense I feel sorry for her, but hopefully she gets a grip on reality and moves on. This episode looks great, by the way. Very funny. Channeling Marc:

I actually think there was a lot of evidence last season that Charlie was fake sweet, manipulative and obsessive about Henry. It didn’t show up as much when she was dating him, since she was the one in power. I think she has always been a bit out of touch with reality, and she went off the deep end when Henry broke up with her after “Secretaries’ Day.” So in that sense I feel sorry for her, but hopefully she gets a grip on reality and moves on.

This episode looks great, by the way. Very funny.

It's not like she knows Charlie. But I love Becki Newton, so I have no complaints. LOL. And I agree that Charlie's gotten waaaay meaner this season. But making the "first" woman a total bitch is an age-old ploy to keep us sympathetic to the "other" woman. Though, in all fairness, if I was nine months pregnant and the father was dating another woman right in front of me, I might be kind of a bitch too!
