Give An Ugly Betty Valentine!

Yes, good readers, there are Ugly Betty Valentine’s Day cards. When I first saw these at Target, I worried about the cruelty that middle schoolers might perpetrate with cards they could hold out for “the ugly ones”. But then I remembered that people who are picked on are some of the biggest fans of Ugly Betty - we would consider getting one of these as a badge of honor.

So, I thought this might be interesting - look these over, and tell me who you would send one to. It can be a character on the show, one of the actors, or someone in your life that you love. Which Valentine card would you choose? What “little note” would you write on the back of the card?” Here are the cards:

The Poncho Card

The Botox Card

The Butterfly Card

The Wilhelmina Card

Me? I would definitely give the Wilhelmina Card to my wife. On the back, I’d write - “I know an ice queen. I watch and ice queen every week. You are no ice queen. Love ya!”

I would also give the Butterfly Card to Christina, with the note: “I love the way you carry the Spawn of Satan to save your husband. It’s so romantic!”

So tell me - if you could send one of these cards to someone, real person or on the show, who would it be? Which card? What would you say?
