Lindsay Lohan Set To Play Role On Ugly Betty?
The Lindsay Lohan/ Ugly Betty rumors are in full force right now. Apparently, Ana Ortiz (Hilda) has spoken on the subject, and has gotten LiLo hopes up across the Ugly Betty Universe:
“I think they’re still intending on continuing with that little arc”, she told OK! Magazine.
As always happens when Ugly Betty cast members are interviewed about guest stars, (remember, Eric Mabius let the cat out of the bag about Victoria Beckham), Ortiz only gave a little information. She did seem to confirm the rumors about Lohan working in a fast-food chain, not Mode:
“It’s unlike anything you’ve seen her play. It’s a really funny character,” she reveals.
“This will be a Queens storyline, not a Mode story.”
If and when this happens, it would do marvels for Lohan’s career, and most likely would boost ratings for Ugly Betty. For me, the WGA strike can not end soon enough.
Keep in mind, these rumors have not been confirmed or denied by Lindsay’s spokesperson, Leslie Sloane Zelnik. So, we can report the rumors, but we won’t try to pass them off as confirmed until Zelnik confirms them.
