Betty is working herself to death… Physical comedy! Now we know how she got her eyepatch. So, here at the break, I’m still not convinced Santos s alive.
This is it, the house of lies…Mother! (too funny)
OMG, the scene with Amanda’s parents was an absolute hoot.
Amanda confirms the truth. Hey, I kind of like her as a BBW.
Alexis is in a coma.
Marc suspects Bradford is Amanda’s father.
Ignacio sighting. He’s still stuck.
Back to Hilda/Santos. Talk of eloping.
Justin has snuck into mode. Henry sent Betty flowers. AWWWW.
Famine, makeup, now. OMG, that’s hilarious.
That was a very sweet scene with the disaster victims. I love it when they showcase Betty’s humanity.
Daniel came to see Betty. Fashion Elf!
Claire offers Mode to Wilhelmina she loses Bradford. Very interesting.
Very interesting – Daniel tells Betty “We’re going to a funeral”.
Ear Hair!
Now we know what Betty’s burying: mementos of her relationship with Henry.
Marc dressed as Wilhelmina! That’s hilarious.
Betty eulogises the relationship. Santos reads his vows. Daniel buries his pills.
Wilhemina needs “protection!” – enter Rick Fox.
Alexis wakes, doesn’t remember she’s now a girl.
Justin will now be an intern at Mode!
OMG, this is so sad. He’s gone…
The show ends with Henry arriving in NY.

I have no idea what the guy from the Sun-Times was talking about in his review. This episode set a wonderful tone for the season.

Oh, man. The end totally made me cry.
I kinda missed some of the middle and caught the ending again, I don’t understand it thought, what happened?! Why is he gone?? I was crying too

OMG! That was the BEST season starter EVER! I loved it. I laughed, I cried and I was satisfied.
Hey piinky! The whole Santos thing was brilliant. I don’t know if you saw the finale epidode last year, but Santos got shot. They left it up in the air what happened to him.
Fast forward to this year. In the premiere, Santos appears to be OK and recovering. Hilda is even planning the wedding with him.
At the end of the episode, we discover that Hilda has been imagining it all in her grief. He is dead, and she finally admits it and starts to grieve.

My husband said right at the beginning of the show that Santos is dead. Am I the only idiot who didn’t realize it and was hoping for a “happy ending”? Poor Hilda.
