ABC Confirms Victoria Beckham To Appear On Ugly Betty

ABC has officially comfirmedthat Victoria Beckham, AKA “Posh Spice”, will appear in Ugly Betty in Season 2:
She will play herself, a celebrity bridesmaid at the wedding of the millennium: Wilhelmina Slater’s (Vanessa Williams) nuptials to publishing mogul Bradford Meade (Alan Dale). Who knows what will happen when “bridezilla” Wilhelmina takes that march down the aisle, especially with “Posh Spice” leading the way?
This has been going around the net as a spoiler for quite some time, but it’s good to have something “officially” out there. It looks like Ugly Betty will be the “it” show for guest stars this year – and deservedly so. The setting of the show (a high fashion magazine in the heart of NYC) lends itself perfectly to having fashion and entertainment celebrities pop in.
Now, it’ll be interesting to see if the fat suit spoilers are true…
